Bayu Wiseso Pandu Resi’s dusky blushed drink is our choice for the perfect cocktail to sip by the beach in tropical climes – or wherever you are when the sun has been shining and the air is balmy.

The Technique

Tanqueray No. Ten • 45ml
Campari • 15ml
Sweet & Sour mix • 30ml
Fresh pink grapefruit juice • 30ml
Pomegranate syrup • 5ml
Pomelo • 1/4 wedge
A twist of orange zest to garnish
Contains 20 grams of alcohol per serve

To make your own sweet & sour mix, add 2 tablespoons of sugar to 225ml of lemon juice and stir.

Muddle all the ingredients together. Strain into a highball glass with ice.
